Compete with the Chains
Combined with our partner companies, Dining Alliance has over $12 billion in collective buying power and 18,000+ member locations around the country. We leverage this buying power to negotiate deviated pricing with manufacturers and cost-plus supplier contracts. Additional benefits include rebates, auditing and analysis to help further reduce costs. All bids are reviewed and accepted by the Board of Advisors in each market, consisting of restaurant Owners, Managers and Executive Chefs. This all works to place your pricing and business relationship on a level playing field with national chains. There are no fees or dues to become a Dining Alliance member. We’re mission-driven and generate all revenue directly by saving you money with contracted manufacturers and our suppliers. Basically, Dining Alliance is a free consultant for your business; you will never receive a bill from us or write us a check. We only make money if we save you money!
Deviations and Manufacturer Rebates
Dining Alliance has negotiated rebates with over 300 manufacturers on 100,000+ items. In addition to these savings, the Dining Alliance Manufacturer Appreciation Program secures rebates on products you’re already purchasing. These rebates are “found money,” and are delivered to our members in the form of a periodic check. The large chains start by negotiating all their prices with the manufacturers, then a mark-up with their distributor. That’s what we do for you!
